In 2009, the Vickie Belk Scholarship Banquet was held at the Courtyard Marriott on Kenmore Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia. The scholarship recipients were: Christeena Burks, Michael Carr and Kamaria Wentt. Here are some pictures from that event.
